Plowing with your loader gives you whatever
additional advantages your loader offers - maneuverability
- power - traction - fuel efficiency - high speed
backing - reach - all around view - and comfort!
Clamps were specially designed for Snow Plow use
and are shaped for easy entry of the bucket lip.
Manual tightening is adequate and pin locks prevent
loosening. Tightening handles are slidable allowing
clamp to be within 1" of side of bucket for
offset plowing. Plow free floats vertically about
pins in Clamp to follow surface contour.
Without assistance or tools, the operator can
rotate Plow from straight to a 30O
angle to either side in about a minute.
Plows fit buckets with a standard edge and no
teeth (teeth can be removed ). An optional larger
Clamp is available for buckets with a bolt-on
edge at additional cost.
6 and 7 ft. Plows have a rigid
blade. 8, 10, and 12 ft Plows have a spring loaded,
6" pivoted edge that swings back when contacting
items such as a manhole, allowing the Plow to
ride over.
All models can be used without chain, however,
on Models SP-8 and larger use of chain is recommended
for over - the - road travel and for faster lifting
and re-positioning of the plow. Chain is attached
on top center of bucket.
The pivoting edges of the 8, 10 and 12 ft. Plows
are hardfaced on their outboard ends. They are
also predrilled for replacement edges. |
